Thorough assessments predict real-world job performance and unique personality and value tests allow employers to get to know apprentice candidates as real people - not just pieces of paper

Yes, you are hiring and paying the candidate (apprentice). During 13-weeks they will get hands-on experience with a mentor (lead tech), they will take 40 hours of PrepTECH online curriculum (fundamentals) and together you will validate
over 90 skills and 70 knowledge areas to prove they are Tech 1 worthy. Once they are promoted, we recommended you reward them with a small increase in wages.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT


Our Online-Training Program sets you on the right path based on your experience.  Track your progress through the PrepTECH Portal.

Skill Path 1 - Set of initial skills to be completed and verified by a supervisor. These skills are normally achieved in the first 30-45 days of the program.

Skill Path 2 - Set of advanced skills to be completed after Skills 1 is finished. Advanced skills should be achieved within 60-days after completion of Skill Path 1.
